After having Cargo cabbie helping us move from our 2 bedroom condo into our 3 bedroom home in Yorkville I gave them a call again asking for help moving a few pieces of furniture within the house. The quote was sent within hours, Charissa from the office called me to follow up and I found her pleasant and helpful, finalizing the booking was easy and clear. On the day of the move, the crew led by Chris and Sam were punctual, friendly, professional and eager to move everything carefully, safely and efficiently. I contacted the home improvement people after a good friend of mine recommended them to me. She was very happy with their workmanship, skills and she also mentioned how easy was to reach them at all times. After reading few reviews about their work here on Homestars I picked up the phone and called. I needed help fixing few walls in my basement, replace some tiles in the washroom and also fix some damaged baseboards. Communication was good, I found the process from first day to be easy and clear, the estimation for the project was quick and once we agreed to continue, the job was started in no time. Everything was completed as promised in a timely manner. My house was keeped tidy and clean during their work, overall, very happy with the Home improvement people. Moving isn't fun, at least for most of us. There is no way around it, unless you hire these guys. We have moved 4 times in 3 years, and this was our first experience with Javier and crew at Cargo Cabbie, who was referred to us by a good friend. It was the easiest move we had so far. They helped us move from our 2 bedroom condo into our 3 bedroom home in Yorkville. The crew arrived sharp on time, Javier came to the site to supervise and everything was moved in no time without any surprises, I am most impressed with the care, professionalism and service provided not only by the movers but also by the office staff. From the e-mails, follow up calls to the packing supplies delivered free of charge right to my condo. The experience was "FANTASTIC, PLEASANT, and really stress-free. I can't believe I almost didn't hire movers but I guess that I am a bit too old for it :) Hope I won't need to move any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely book with Cargo Cabbie again without hesitation. Highly recommended!
