After reading great reviews about this company I called and got a response and a quote in a timely manner. Bob Hill was very informative and was accomdating in splitting up the work into phases for me. Even though the weather was turning cold, they were able to get the job done, and Edward left the worksite very clean. I will use them to finish the rest of the house.

The windows are sturdy and look great. The installers were also great. However, deal with someone other than Alan for customer service. Alan never came to our house to look at our space or show us colour samples. He called to tell me his installer's truck broke down, but instead of trying to rearrange other appts, he just delayed us for a week even though the truck was fixed, with a very "oh well" attitude. The manufacturer for the tilt and turn windows also use a very "greenish" commercial brown. Like no other commercial brown I've seen. Again, Alan just brushed me off when I asked him about this. The issue would have totally been avoided had he taken the time to come show us colour swatches (which his installer had sounded surprised that he hadn't). Alan also promised he would come down to measure retractable screens for our windows, which he never did. I would recommend Eco Choice windows, but from the other reviews written, call Gabriel if you want good service.
