The technician went out of his way to find things to repair. For example, he tightened a nut and charged us $95 -- he called it a "minor adjustment." He also wanted to get a better look at our chimney from the inside and busted part of a wall and then said he had no responsibility to fix the damage. Stay away from this company.

Avoid! They cut and sealed a drain pipe in about 20 minutes, without removing the 15 ft of piping it was attached to, and charged me an hour's work ($85), plus "material." When I asked about the old piping they left behind, they said they would remove it, but it would cost me another hour's work.
