Jesse was our tech today (also one of the installers a couple of years ago). Nice he remembered the house, a good feeling that you're a valued customer. And he was very knowledgable, completed a couple of quick checks with me present, which gave me tips on knowing when it's filter-change time. And like all their techs (we've had a few), he was prompt, polite and efficient. Always courteous. Thanx again!

Today was my Mom’s annual furnace maintenance inspection. Jesse from Service Experts came back for the second year in a row! From the knock on the door until Jesse drove away we received the best service! Jesse explained what he saw regarding the furnace and wondered if we had any questions or concerns. It’s great to have guys who match the temperature in the furnace...”HOT” !! We look forward to hopefully having Jesse back again next year. Service Experts is the best! Thank you!

From introduction to completed installation we were very happy with the service. We received good initial recommendations respecting an appropriate cooling system as well as recommendations respecting the placement of the internal units. A few days before installation the lead hand on the installation crew surveyed the location and explained very clearly where the external unit would sit as well as the where the hoses would run. On the day scheduled for installation a very competent and courteous crew arrived on time and did the job in a very professional manner. They left a clean work site. A few days after installation a company representative attended at our house to answer questions and make some useful suggestions both with respect to possible housing for the external unit and day to day use of the system. Everything well done. We are very happy to have used Service Experts for this job.

Dan Mitchell has serviced my furnace and air conditioner before. As always he is courteous, helpful, and does fine work.

The technician Doug is conscientious, thorough, completely professional, and he is attentive to and very respectful of your home and you family. He gives us much confidence in the work he does, and he is a delight to know on a personal level.

Service experts were fast and efficient with install. They had all the rebate, reclaim forms ready for signature and submitted on our behalf. We walked through what was done and they taught us how to program the display.
They made a follow up call to ensure we were happy with the install, product and overall service.

Called for service and got same day service. My 19 year old furnace only needed to have a connector fixed. He was honest and even corrected a small problem with my filter insert slot.
Clean, on time , honesty . Its all good.

Our furnace was about 15 years old and hadn't been inspected or cleaned for a few years, so I called Service Experts. Jonathan arrived at the appointed time, and the first thing he did was to check the CO emissions at the exhaust. It was well above the maximum allowed, so he was obligated to red tag it. Instead of selling us a major ($1400?) repair job, he advised us that the manufacturer (Carrier) had issued an extended warranty on the condensing heat exchanger, provided a copy of the Bulletin, and checked our serial number to confirm our equipment was covered.
