Dealing with Robart Electrical Services has been nothing but a pleasure even when there were some small hiccups. With every question I've had, I've had quick answers from each person I dealt with. Mindy understood my safety concern over the aluminium wiring and even though they were booking 3 weeks out, she put me on a cancellation list just in case something earlier came up. When it did, I was absolutely thrilled to be able to get the work done sooner. Chris answered a lot of my questions over the phone during the quote and was really informative and kind. When I had more questions after initially talking with Chris, Mindy had Rob email me explaining things a little bit more that I was able to pass over to my boyfriend for reassurance that this company was well prepared and educated. When Ryan and his partner were over working on the conversion, they were very professional and funny. When they missed a switch, Mindy was quick to respond to my very late night email and have Nathan show up the next day before noon to have that completed. That impressed me so much! I knew I had asked for them to try and get there the next day so that I wouldn't miss any more work but I really didn't expect it to happen, so when it did... well. I felt very valued. A few days later, I was a little bummed out about my bill (who wouldn't be) but I paid it. After speaking with some friends, I realized something was amiss with the amount on my bill, so I contacted Mindy once again to express my concern. She passed me over to Rob to have it figured out and Rob agreed that it was incorrect and they refunded me what was overpaid with prompt apologies. Rob is a real sincere guy and it was an absolute pleasure to talk to him. I would 110% use this company again and easily recommend this company to everyone I know. They really care about you as a customer and that is something incredibly special to find in a company.

Ally yours was a special situation I was in Phoenix when my son (man child) quoted the project for you and thankfully I heard about the oversight before it got out of hand. You touched the heart of our staff when you said you felt "valued" We try each and every day to make our customer feel that way.
