The spring on my garage door broke, and I contacted Markham Garage Door for a quote on the repair through email. They were very quick to respond to my note, and courteous and knowledgeable when I called them to set up an appt. The door also had some cosmetic issues on the outside, but a total replacement of the door was not in my budget. I was not pressured into purchasing a new door, but rather the team worked with me to ensure an effective repair instead. The service technician showed up on time and was friendly, helpful, and competent. I’m very pleased with the service of this company and have already recommended that my friend call them for her garage door issues.
