A truly incredible Transformation After looking through several review platforms, we decided to „take our chances“ with Roy Furniture Repair, Refinishing and Upholstery. We had several pieces. Amongst them, an antique dresser and antique chairs. Both had been badly damaged through decades of use. Some thought we should just throw them out. But we decided to try to save those pieces and see if Roy‘s Furniture would be able to breathe some new life into them. - Did they ever! Roy and his team are absolute masters at what they do! The pictures speak for themselves: The pieces were repaired, refinished and re-upholstered with the utmost care, attention to detail and extraordinarily skilled craftsmanship. The surfaces of these pieces are smooth beyond believe. If we ever should need to get other furniture restored, we will, without a doubt, be asking Roy Furniture to do the job. We could not possibly be any happier with the result. They gave a new meaning to „One person‘s trash is another person‘s treasure“. This dresser and the chairs have been transformed into jewels. Just absolutely stunning! It is hard to believe that these even are the same furniture pieces. Thank you so much, Roy!

Consistently great service. We are so glad that We found Fix Appliances. They have been repairing our appliances for us in recent years. Dima had previously repaired our washer for us, a while back. And like back then, he was on time, very friendly and honest about what needed to be fixed. Dima immediately diagnosed the problem, then showed us the damaged part and the chards that had been trapped in the pump. He explained what needed to be repaired to get the machine running properly again. He repaired the dishwasher promptly. It is in perfect working order again. Thanks very much, Dima!

We needed urgent repair of our roof after the recent strong fall storm had ripped off several of our shingles. Fortunately we got in touch with Quality First Roofing, who were recommended to us by friends some time back. Our call was answered by friendly customer service, who assured us that someone would come out to inspect our roof as soon as the weather permitted. They kept in touch with us to make sure that we would find “a window” between the snowfalls and freezing temperatures to get the repairs done safely. The roof has now been repaired for the winter but is in need of a full replacement. That comes as no surprise to us. It had been done by another company and had reached its lifespan. Several shingles had come loose and had flown off in recent years. We appreciate the prompt, friendly and reliable service Quality First Roofing has provided at a fair price and have decided to have them replace our roof in spring.

Dima, the technician assigned to repair my washing machine, was very professional: He inspected the machine thoroughly and diagnosed the problem fast.400. After giving me a quote for the parts and work, he fixed the problem by replacing the heating sensor. It was all done very efficiently. Dima was very punctual, courteous and knowledgable. Very professional workmanship. Leak has been found and fixed. Ceiling looks as good as new (with stucco). Careful covering of furniture and surrounding area to protect from dust. Very courteous workers. Thank you very much!
