I found DIMA Plumbing on HomeStars and with great reviews, I decided to use their services - great decision! I spoke to John on the phone, briefly explained my issues and an appointment was booked for the next day. He came totally prepared, on-time and called to advise he was on his way. On arrival, John got straight to the work at hand - 3 x interior toilet replacements, bath tap replacement and fix an under kitchen sink leak. John is polite, professional, efficient and made sure each area was clean on completion of the job. He offers a 90-day guarantee if there are any issues and as one of the toilets needed adjusting after the initial job, I rang him and he promptly came out the next day to make the adjustment - excellent customer service. Very satisfied! Right from the very beginning, they are very professional - appointment set-up, quote, reminder and a phone call to say they were on their way as promised. Once onsite, Steve and Adrian were great. They made sure I knew what they were doing and showed me before and after photos of all work areas. They even cleaned stuff that another company had left when I had it done a few years ago - wow! The guys were courteous and thorough. And they left my home smelling fresh and clean. Thanks guys!!!!!
