We found Stain Protection Services Inc. on Home Stars after we purchased a new sofa and were looking to get it stain guarded. SPS had the highest reviews on Home Stars and we quickly understood why. Right from the first phone call, Paul provided excellent customer service and was extremely knowledgeable. He even helped us determine the materials our couch was made from to make sure it was a good quality purchase. The stain guarding process was quick and easy and we appreciated all of Pauls tips and the spot care kit. We know that we are in good hands with Paul and are so glad we found him! Thank you!

From start to finish Avenue Road Masonry was great to work with. Chris came out to give a thorough quote and clearly explained the scope of the work and how things would progress. We even had stone samples dropped off and a consultation about colour/sizing. The team went away with a sample of our stone and came back with a second stone on the day of the work and the match was so perfect we cant even tell which stone was replaced! This is the original stone on our house so it was not an easy match and we appreciated how thorough they were in their search for a good fit (other companies didnt even offer to match the stone let alone drop off samples for approval). Robert was a pleasure to deal with for scheduling and again very professional, kept us up to date on timing and scope of work. The work was done meticulously by Dan and Greg, so much attention to detail. We really cant say enough about this team! We will be using them again for any future stone needs. Thanks so much!
