I found this company on homestars after doing a bit of research and the work they did was beyond amazing. Anoop was great to deal with and came by the next day to give me an estimate on the removal of some large items on my downtown condo terrace. A few days later the guys showed up on time and got to work right away, working fast and efficiently. I had a very large planter of which I was concerned about soil getting into my drainage system, which they took the extra care to make sure didn't happen. As well, they demolished a large aging wooden shed with ease and removed a thick metal canopy frame by cutting into smaller pieces. All the work was completed in 4-5 hours and disposed of over the side of my building from my top floor into a dump truck waiting below so none of the debris had to be taken through the halls of condo building. The crew was respectful, fast and cleaned up the area after the debris had been removed. I had received quotes from other companies that were much higher than this company for the same work, so I am beyond happy that I found them. Very fair price for what needed to be done. I highly recommend TFC Disposal to anyone looking for demo work and will use them again if needed. Thanks for a fast and painless demolition job Anoop and Company!

Sean and his team did a great job replacing our old garage unit heater. We had originally purchased a new replacement heater on our own (Sterling Nexus) that was far too big for our garage size. After attempting installation Sean and his team discovered the heater had many problems with it, it required a new circuit board to get working and was not draining water properly. There was no tech support in Canada and the manufacturer wasn't very much help either. He recommended we get a Reznor unit heater that is more appropriate for room size and had much better tech support if needed. He would supply the heater and include labour in the final cost. Him and his team reinstalled the Reznor heater and it has been working like a charm since, supplying enough heat to the garage with much less noise than the Sterling. They angled the heater to maximize the flow of heat to all of the room which we thought was a very good idea as our previous heater was aimed straight towards the opposing wall. I highly recommend Sean and his team, they were on time, professional, diagnosed the problem and got the job done. Very satisfied with their work and will use their services again, thanks Sean!

Alex was a pleasure to work with and did a great job removing and installing a new Miele dishwasher and Delta faucet in my existing kitchen, as well as refitting a new drain pipe for the sink. I also needed two older valves replaced on short notice the day prior while I was having a new countertop installed, and Alex made himself available within a few hours and returned to complete the rest of the work the following day. Alex answered every question I had, along with some very good recommendations. The pricing was honest/reasonable and the work was completed efficiently in a small amount of time. Everything works like a charm. I'll definitely hire Alex and Award Plus Plumbing again for future renovation work, thank you Alex!

Aida and her crew have done deep cleanings of my large downtown condo twice now after two long stretches of not being cleaned for a while. The results have been incredible each time and now I want to have the place cleaned by her and her team more frequently as result. Each room is spotless and the kitchen appliances and bathrooms sparkle. Her team is very courteous and friendly, pleasant to talk to, and have a high standard of what 'deep cleaning' is. She was able to fit me in on very short notice and arrived punctually each time. There is a great attention to detail here, cleaning in the small spots in between surfaces and appliances far beyond the level of detail I've experienced in previous cleanings. I had only left for a few hours and it felt wonderful to come home to a clean smelling and dust-free apartment. Her rates are reasonable and negotiable for the amount of work needed to be done, I highly recommend her and her team. Very positive vibes and a pleasure to deal with, thank you Aida!
