Plumbing supplies for whole home build
Very helpful and knowledgable staff; delivered all components and parts on time and didn't ever supply the wrong parts (which we've found is exceptionally rare!). Excellent source of in-stock material, made our building process smooth and free of hiccups (at least regarding the plumbing). Recommended.
Interior/exterior painting, staining
Simply the best painter in the greater Calgary area!! We've used Sal for 4 major jobs in the past 12 years and we are always entertaining questions from our house guests on "who did the painting in your house?" due to the high quality of the work. Exterior wood staining Sal has done is exceptional and persevering in our brutal climate. We can't recommend this company highly enough... Fantastic!
Whole home build exterior/interior stone work
Our experience with Coronado was very positive and enjoyable. We had their company do our large downstairs fireplace and all the trim on the outside of the new house. Excellent showroom and selection services. Highly recommended!
Whole home build - doors & mouldings
Fall going through our home building process, dealing with Randy at big dog lumber was extremely easy and accommodating. He was able to assist us in all our questions and concerns. All the products we received from big dog lumbar have been excellent, have stood up well, and are of excellent quality! Highly recommended!
All cabinetry in whole house build
From design meeting to the finished product we were very happy with our service. Very friendly and informative, excellent ideas for layout and design. Excellent quality cabinets in our house. Only oops we encountered was a request for "non-slam drawers", which was missed in our quote/build... but not a detractor from the quality of what we had done by Cashe.
Entire home build plumbing service
Though the overall work done was to code, we found this company difficult to deal with. My wife found she wasn't being listened to when I wasn't there (which was most visits), and our in floor heating boiler was never set up right, their own staff not knowing how to operate the equipment (in which we paid for their labour time to sit in our house and try to figure out their own equipment manuals). There final solution was to bypass all the more expensive digital controls with an analogue system, even though we had paid for the system they couldn't operate. Had we not recognized that the boiler was trying to run dry, we could have had a significant catastrophe in our house. We would never use their services again.
We were looking for an architect that would work with us to design a house for our acreage based on what we wanted, and not try to convince us of their design style. David was excellent, exceptionally patient and thorough. He has been an enormous help in building decisions and options always trying his best to work within the confines of budget. Highly recommended!
