They did a great job, quoted me on a couple of different toilets, showed up and were in and out. It took about an hour, they cleaned up after themselves they were courteous and polite.

Had a leak from my bathroom, and Lex from Crystal Water reached out and was able to provide me a quick and accurate quote. After visiting my rental, they were able to diagnose the issue and found out it was much simpler than initially though. Work was finished on time and under budget. Will definitely recommend and use them in the future.

Had a leaky toilet and they where able to fix the problem. They had showed where the problem was coming from in great detail.

The plumbers at Crystal water came to fix a mess from an unreliable plumbing company that left a mess. They were helpful give great suggestions were friendly and professional. After discovering my kitchen sink hot water line was leaking, I requested service through the web portal on Sunday. I received a reply the same day that I only saw on Monday. They advised someone could be there Monday or Tuesday, and indeed someone contcted me & showed up on Monday at the time they said they would, so I was very happy with the quick response. The repair, which was beyond the scope of my handyman skills, took less than 30 minutes and I now have 2 new connector valves that I feel more confident about than the 20 year old original plastic connectors. All in all, I rate the service as 10 out of 10 and excellent value. I will use the sme company for any future plumbing needs.

I called Crystal Waters about a leaky toilet. Their staff who responded were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The repair techs were on time and the repair was very reasonably priced. For my next plumbing or heating concern or question I will be definitely calling Crystal Waters.
