My ice maker was not working on my fridge. Called Fixappliances and they sent a technician out same day. Dima called for the model number and confirm the reason for the call. He arrived and immediately assessed the situation. He took the time to explain what the problem could be and a course of action. He was polite and efficient. He even cleaned the floor where the fridge lived as I couldn’t squeeze into the space! He predicted the replacement part and had it with him. The fridge was up and running in an hour. I would certainly recommend the Company and the Technician.

Audioguy was excellent: he was very helpful in insuring the visual and aural aesthetic for my surround sound, TV mount and equipment. He also recommended the remote and trained me on it. Left the premises very clean. Stayed until the job was complete. Sticked to his rate as well. I would recommend him and also bring him back should I need his service again.
