I am a landlord and I have used Uptown Appliance repair a few times and have been impressed with Chris' punctuality, timeliness, honesty, professionalism and quality of work. He always answers his calls or returns messages very promptly and you always feel like an important client regardless of how small the job/problem. His charges are very reasonable and you only pay for parts and labour that need fixing/replacing. His diagnostics are bang on. Reliable, consistent, professional, and reasonable; what more can you ask for? Definitely a 10/10.
