We went in on a whim and purchased an ultralight vacuum cleaner. Staff was incredibly service oriented and helped us select the most economical model to suit our needs. Would definitely recommend them.
Our kitchen sink has a pretty powerful insinkerator that stopped working suddenly. Mr. Rooter sent a technician within a few hours to fix it. Quick diagnosis, service with a smile, and very respectful of property, This was the second time in 5 years that we had to call them to snake the blockage and will not hesitate to use their services again.

I was frantic when my 8 yr. old fridge beeped all night as if the door was left open too long. The temperature on the display panel for both fridge and freezer kept dropping which made me quite nervous as well. Our condo custodian suspected a faulty door switch and Samsung Customer Care directed me to Reliable Parts for a replacement. The original part number was discontinued but they did not give up until they found the right one. An instant fix if there ever was one!
We came home today mid-afternoon to find we had no heat/hot water, both supplied through our BAXI LUNA 310 Boiler. Neil was able to squeeze us in almost immediately, and the technician was able to diagnose the problem and drive out to Mississauga to get the new pump before closing on Friday. Thanks everyone at Kelly's for taking good care of us and restoring our heat on this cold wintry night.

Huge showroom near Hwys 7 & 400 is open to public. Shop here if you are looking for contemporary furniture that speaks quality. We decided to go with a daybed as our main sofa and we just love it. Delivery time is very reasonable, unlike some places where you're liable to forget what the piece you ordered looks like. Only caveat is choice of fabrics is endless - good news for some, not so good for others .

My husband bought an original oil that I had admired in the window. After a few months we decided to have it box framed and they did a wonderful job. On another occasion my husband surprised me by having two old prints reframed. I didn't care for the colour of the mats, and Nick changed them at no charge. That's what I call great customer service!
