[Posted 2021-07-13] This is the second time I have used Geoff and his team. In the spring I used them to replace a hose bib and George, at that time, arrived early and quick did what was needed. No fuss and perfect results. Today I needed to have a toilet filler replaced and some additional parts supplied for later use (at my request) and Geoff arrive to take care of it. Again no fuss or muss and it has been replaced and my toilet no longer is on my mind and I have extra parts if and when I need them in the future. Watermark is who I will call when I need to. Geoff also allowed me to ask some questions on other items that I had queries about, which I very much appreciated. Bottom line is I will not hesitate to call on Geoff and Watermark Plumbing for whatever I need in the plumbing space. Peace of mind is what it is all about and that is what I get with Geoff and his team. Thanks so much!

[Posted 2020-Nov-03] This is the 2nd time we have used PTS and Enrique and his team. Could not be more satisfied once again! Not only professional but a pleasure to work with! The requested work was taken care of and more! The job entailed a small removal and also general pruning and clean up of some large trees and deadwood Enrique knows his craft and did what I was hoping for and more! As the first time around, the yard now looks so much better and next year we will be reaping the benefits of the work this fall! Thanks Enrique for taking care of us once again!

[Review posted 2018-Dec-13] Now that the colder temperatures are here I was glad to have my Viessmann combi system working in top form. Fernando had come by on 2018-Jul-04 and did, as expected from anyone from Belyea, a great job in making sure our boiler was working as it should be not only for this heating season, but also for daily use as we use if for our on-demand hot-water. It sure is nice never to have to worry about running out of hot water for those long showers! :) Thanks to Fernando and Belyea once again for taking care of our systems and making sure we have no issues!

[Posted on 2018-Oct-20] I do not recall how I came across Enrique and his services, but I am sure glad I did. I had called Enrique on a Tuesday morning and he was on property early that same afternoon and reviewed the work to be done and gave his quotation for the work requested. Work was conducted the following Saturday (2018-Oct-06], and Enrique and his team were just great. I was unsure about all the great Homestars reviews I had read, but once I met Enrique and his team, and saw the work in progress and also the completed work, I can now understand how happy people are with the team. I join the happy group I must say. I have a yard with multiple trees of which a couple needed major pruning and others some cleanup to create space around the trees. In addition some neighbour trees needed attention over my yard. Enrique did the work with no issue and discussed the work and confirmed work to be done with me as he was doing it. He also gave recommendations of what should be done and also what should not be done and why. That was very much appreciated! Also, of major importance, he was in communication with my two neighbours to ensure that they were OK with what was being done and satisfied that no issue on their part. The cleanup in the end left my yard looking better than it normal does (!) and we now have a yard with more light coming through and major overhang from some trees taken care of. I would not hesitate to use Enrique and Professional Tree Services again for any pruning needs regardless of the size of the work. I know the work will be done well, quickly, and with care. Thank-you Enrique for a wonderful job!

[2018-Jun-01] On Mon 2018-May-28, Deo R came by to do our annual inspection for our 2 Mitsubishi ductless A/C units and renew our service plan with Belyea Bros. He arrived on time and took care to be neat and tidy throughout the whole visit. He did a great full inspection of the inside and outside units and explained things in detail when needed. We were very happy with his service and now know that our two A/C units are ready for the cooling season in our Leslieville home! Thanks Belyea Bros and Deo R! Robert

It was time for our annual Viessmann Combi (Boiler and Hot Water On Demand) maintenance. Dylan C was tasked with taking care of it this year. He was efficient and pleasant and took care of the task in no time, ensuring that all aspects were in working order and testing that the HWOD as well as boiler (radiators) were functioning correctly. We now know that our HWOD as well as our cold season heating needs are taken care of for another year and we know that Belyea Bros. are there when we need them. Once again a happy and satisfied customer.

We needed to replace our bathroom fan and lamp. Dan came out to spec the situation and within a day we received quotations on various options we could go for. Dan and Kevin can to do the work a few weeks later (delay was on our end) and the replacement of the light and fan went very smoothly. They did a great job using the existing space in the ceiling and worked to minimally open up the ceiling space required for the new unit and the space was left very clean afterwards. We are very pleased with the Panasonic unit we have and the fan is much quieter than our previous fan and much stronger. Very pleased with the service from initial review and quote, to the actual installation, to the final product now in use. Thanks!

As the cold sets in in December and January I am happy to know my Viessmann boiler is working in top form - both for my heating and hot water on demand. Zahid did a great job in July of 2016 ensuring our boiler was ready for the coming season and ongoing all year for hot water. Very happy with the unit and always very happy to have Zahid come out for our maintenance needs; he does a great job! Thanks!

Just had Zahid out to do our annual maintenance on our two ductless Mitsubishi AC units. Excellent, professional, clean service. That is what I always expect from Belyea. Always happy to see Zahid! Now ready for the heat! Thanks for the great service!

Have been wanting to add gliding shelves to our kitchen cabinets for a number of years. This past January reached out to Gliding Shelf Solutions from one of their magazine ads and was put in touch with Linda M. Linda came out and quickly and efficiently did described the product, showed us the options, measured up, and gave us a quote for the work we wanted to have done. A number of weeks later Merv came out to do the install and we could not be happier with the result. Not only do we have great gliding shelves, but we have gained space in the cupboards and have gained a spice shelf! Would definitely recommend.

Alan dropped in today to do PM on our treadmill. Continental was recommended by the retailer from whom we purchased the treadmill. Alan did a great job in checking all aspects of the treadmill from top to bottom as well as making adjustments and cleaning up some items not done as well by previous maintenance. Very happy with the service today.

It was time for our annual ductless AC maintenance. We cannot live in the summer without these units. Dylan came out on the Friday before a long weekend and ensured all was functioning from 2 exterior units, to interior cooling, to drainage from the units to the exterior via the draining tubes. In the end we know our units are ready for the summer. All work was done on time, and as quoted. Bring on the heat! :) Looking forward to having Dylan back again next spring!

When it came to replacing our oil burner we went directly to Belyea Bros. Having used them in the past for ductless air conditioners I knew we would get what we needed. David Frost gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision, Belyea arranged for the removal of the old oil tank and boiler (and they did a great job!) and then Petar and Vojka came in and did the Viessmann boiler and on-demand hot water system installation. Petar and Vojka were simply amazing. Not only did they do the job, but they listened to our concerns and requirements and took those into account with the new install and connection to our existing radiator circulation system. We have been enjoying the endless hot water all summer and are really looking forward to the system to heat our home this winter. From start to finish it was a great experience and Petar and Vojka made the job worry free for us. Thanks from Leslieville!
