My washer door wold not lock so the machine would not start. Elite was recommended by the manufacturer. Communications by email and phone were excellent. I was informed of fees up front and that some could be deductible after the initial analysis. I got appointments for days and times that worked for me. The servicemen called 30 minutes before arriving and were finished well within the 3 hour window on both days. They were professional, tidy, communicative and even made a few suggestions about using my washer. I would call them anytime for any appliance they service.

Based on a Homestars review, I contacted We Do Blinds about fixing a broken roller blind cord that was less than 2 years old. Nick answered all of my questions promptly and fully. He recommended replacing both plastic cords with metal ones that are more durable. Nick arrived on time and made the repairs as quoted. He is very knowledgeable about the products and their care.

I had the best move ever with Rent-a-Son. From Rob who gave me an estimate and made excellent suggestions, to Aslan, Albert and Dan who did the packing and moving, the service was outstanding. They arrived on time, packed my breakables, loaded the truck and unloaded it in an effective and efficient manner. I felt they were taking excellent care of my belongings at all times. I recommend them highly.
