Thank you for your feedback. However, I would like to take this time to clarify some of the details you noted. Chris explained that the flashing would be installed this way as the existing flashing(set into the mortar) was in good shape and not recommended to remove, to which you agreed. When Chris asked for the colour, you responded "the same as the rest of the house". This conversation was had over the phone so Chris went by to check. He asked if you wanted "cream", as there was cream coloured siding installed over the garage. You responded "that sounds good". So of course, that was what we installed. Had we known the colour was "Sandstone Beige" we gladly would've installed that. Upon completion of the roof/flashing you said the roof was "very well done", but that you weren't happy with the flashing colour. Although it was the colour you chose, we offered to remove the flashing at no charge(cautioning that new caulking may be extremely difficult to remove) or replace it again at cost. $150. You asked that some of the flashing be removed, which was done within a few days. From there we received a message saying, "you weren't happy and weren't paying". Over the course of the following 3-4 weeks Chris left numerous messages attempting to meet and discuss any remaining concerns. We received zero correspondence during that time. He finally received a response 4 weeks after completion of the job saying "your cheque is in the mailbox".
We have been honest and forthcoming in trying to come to reasonable solutions to your concerns and have always conducted ourselves with integrity. Although, you haven't replied to any of our communications, we are still more than willing to meet and discuss any further concerns you have. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
