He arrived on time and listened to the project I had planned. He explained everything he was going to do and delivered. He had the permits in my hand within 5 days. Our plans changed last minute on a weekend while in the demolition phase and he even came out at 7pm on a Sunday evening with no electricity in the house and had the new drawings available for the contractor by that evening. Again he handed me my new city permits within 5 days to continue with the renovation at no cost to me except for the cost of the permits and Engineer stamp. I recently purchased a new home and had to have the locks changed. I contacted John and he was very quick in getting back to me and was flexible in setting up a time that worked with my schedule. When he arrived we discussed the work that needed to be done and he informed me about the kind of lock system I was getting, how the product would work when installed and quoted me a price for the parts and labor.
