Thank you times a million to Alex and his team. We honestly are so blessed to have found this team of true professionals. Alex took care of each of our 4 projects with such care like no other. He came to our home to discuss the projects prior to start and was so patient and extremely reasonable cost wise for the beautiful quality of work. You wouldn't believe it. My family is in such awe of everything. Anyone who sees their work in our home compliments us. We actually love them so much we plan on having them come in to replace all of our windows in a year, God willing. Again, we would recommend them hands down: and we hesitate to refer as you can never guarantee how someone will be but in this case, I promise you will not regret it. He has a portfolio of extensive work he has done for others so it is a testimony of his amazing work and his team. He treats every dollar with respect and no project is too small for him to treat with the utmost professionalism. Alex and his team are amazing! He is not pushy, he is patient and flexible and just as excited about your project as you are. He is dependable and honest. There is no job too small for Alex. He makes you feel like you're his only job and it is always high on his priority list. We love our front and back door so much we called Alex back this year for window replacement and next year will be in touch for sliding door work. I've also written a review on BBB.org for this company should you wish to review. In 2015, my husband and I (mostly me lol) read a trillion reviews it felt like, on Homestars. We remain newbees at this renovation stuff and so reviews were what we relied on to make our decision on who to choose for our patio and driveway. One of the comments I saw, stated that Cosmo treated their home like his own & it clicked right away that I wanted him to be the one to work with us. Cosmo and team created a beautiful front patio as well as redid our driveway and border going down our driveway, with perfection and professionalism in what felt like just a couple days. His team is just as professional as him and put love into their work. I've had so many compliments on their work and even had my neighbor asked for his contact information to do work for them. We fell deeply in love with our new uplift to the front of our home. We thought long and hard and decided it was time to take a leap and renovate the backyard as well, and so who else to call but our new best friend, Cosmo and team. In 2016, we committed to a new project for July, where Cosmo and team again, astounded as they produced the most beautiful patio in our backyard. My heart is full of thankfulness to them. He also did a pad for our new garden sheds, so beautiful I don't even want to put anything on it now lol. I'm a flower fanatic, and somehow his team worked so carefully around all our plants and nothing was harmed in the way. They are so careful, honest and hard working. Patient, flexible and easy to talk to. When I call, text; he answers. When I smile and say Goodmorning they are even more happy and reciprocate the good vibes. These are things money cannot buy, good character and professional work with people who do good even when you aren't watching. I've left Cosmo at my home with my door unlocked while I'm at work and come home to everything the same, my dog in tact, my home just as I left it and beautiful work to come home to. Anything that I wanted that may not have been able to work out (which is close to nothing at all) they communicate to me and let me know a perfect alternative. They are super affordable and just the best team I could have ever asked to help us. We continue to actually have Cosmo work for us as we speak and if I could have you all here to see his amazing work, I would. Please take time to believe that for every negative review, there is likely two sides to the story but the one that matters most is the truth. I work in disability, and all the time I get a complaint is when I delivered a message (even in the nicest way possible) that the employee did not agree with even if it's right. All of a sudden I look like the bad guy, when truthfully, it's nothing close to how the employee delivered what actually happened. Cosmo and his team will remain our go-to guys. We love them, their work & everything with that package. Thank you does not seem enough. We have been researching forever, in hopes of finding the 'right' company we wanted to leave our trust with. Finally, after meeting with Alex, and feeling confident in his words, we picked New Look. Alex was so patient with y husband and I, along with my bossy dog. We are excited to have the team start work and will keep you all posted with an AFTER review.
