Our furnace and AC was installed by this company and for the last 10 years it was serviced twice a year. The service is always on time. The customer service in the office is always polite, friendly and accommodating. This year a gentleman by the name of Joseph came over. He was on time, let us know in advance that he is coming. He was very diligent, did a great inspection and cleaning of the furnace and went outside to inducer the outdoor vents to make sure that the emissions are correct. I was very impressed how thorough he was and that he spend the time to make sure that everything is working and in order. As always, I will continue the by annual instead maintenance with this company. Thank you Joseph for great service !

Good experience, prompt service, polite and knowledgeable technician . Since it’s not something visible I can’t elaborate on the cleanliness of the ducts but the vacuum was connected and working for a couple of hours so I am assuming that everything is clean. The dryer was also cleaned and the technician commented that it was quite full of lint and a fire hazard . So it’s good that it was taken care of. Thank you for arriving on time and for taking care of the ducts and dryer clean up.

Gotcha wildlife installed wire grates on our eaves a year ago. Squirrels tried to get in again and were pulling out insulation through the metal grates. Called Gotcha and they promptly came to check it out. The grates were in tact but they suggested to install another layer of protection. The work was done without extra charge on top of the inspection charge. I appreciated very much the prompt response and the work and am happy to recommend this company. They came out without delay and completed the work on the same visit!

We contracted A. Breton moving to transport household items and a car from Vancouver to Toronto . From the initial contact with Dana , to the pick up and delivery every thing was done with great care, prompt communication and excellent service. Adam and his team are a real pleasure to work with. They are polite courteous and take grate pride in what they do. The quote was very fair and the final total didn't change from the quoted price . After a very long search/ interview process for a good and reliable company to replace our aging units I settled on Spring Home. I researched their track record, better business records, and read many reviews on home stars. A sales person was sent very promptly to give us a quote. He was knowledgeable , on time, and was not trying to convince me to buy something that I didn't want. The quote was competitive and all my questions were answered promptly . The installation team of three young man came in the morning after calling us and letting us know that they are on their way. They covered all the floors and went to work immediately . It wasn't an easy installation, they had to replace pipes that were hidden in the finished ceiling and replace more pipes that were running through the garage. They were very careful how much of the ceiling they opened so that I won't have to much damage and that it would be an easy repair in the future. To make a long story short, they worked very diligently and carefully the whole day. I was very impressed with their hard work ethic and their commitment to do a great job. After the installation I had a follow up question and a technician was sent out to clarify the issue immediately , I was very pleased with how promptly they responded and am happy to report that every thing is working very well and I am very happy with the equipment, workmanship and follow up. Also a big surprise was that the office took care of the warranty registration and the OPA rebate. They filled out all the paperwork and send it I am Very grateful for that.
