Do Not use the company. Technician diagnosed problem as water valve. Parts ordered. Numerous cancelations to install the part. Once technician came he indicated that more parts are required. Why could not all parts needed be identified in the initial call. We do not think this technician is qualified. Do not use The A Team Appliance Repair located in Concord, Ontario L4K 1L3.

The person sent to do the quote does not listen to the wishes of the home owner requirements. Patio doors were ordered that do not open the same way as the old doors did. The installation crew were very professional. We received a call from the Sales Manager who was willing to replace the 2 Patio Doors. the Front & Side Doors were also installed. The installation crew were professionals and were a pleasure to work with an watch. The Customer Care Department is staffed with very knowledgeable a helpful staff. All issued were successfully resolved.
