I have been with LawnSavers for several years. They provide excellent service. I get an email before every service call letting me know when they are coming which is very helpful especially for our pet dog!

Cole came with another tech (did not get her name) He told me that he could not use the camera in the drain because of debris. He contacted his office and gave me a name and number of another business that can help clear the debris with a vacuum cleaner. I appreciated his honesty and thanks to Hoerner for having such honest and helpful employees.

Sewer was backing up and I called Sergio. He responded right away and came over the same afternoon. He put a camera down and found where the blockage was immediately started to snake it and cleared the blockage. Throughout the job he was very focused and ket at it until he succeded in clearing the blockage. It took about 2 hours and he did not stop until the job was done. The furnace in my rental property broke down so I called Enercare, with whom I have a maintenance & protection plan. Got an appointment the very next day. The Tech showed up on time, fixed the furnace and got it working within 1/2 hour.

Mario came and asked for the history of the drain and then took a look. He said that the drain is more than likely blocked. He took pictures and will discuss options back at the shop and come up with a proposal. Mario is very professional and I really appreciate his honesty. Its the first time I have used Hoerner and my guess is that he reflects the culture of the company.

I needed 2 switches replaced in my condo. I was quoted a call out charge of $140 for the first hour and $120 thereafter. The work was completed in 55 minutes but I was charged $60 extra for the electrician's "walk back to the truck" plus and extra $15 for parking plus tax. Both these charges were unexpected and in particular I believe the walk back charge of $60 was very unreasonable.

Greg contacted me promptly via HomeStars messenger, asked for photographs of the chimney and shortly after gave me a quote. He went there yesterday and completed the work by the end of day. He also extended and replaced the chimney liner and the concrete cap. Looks good and clean and very professional.

We had all kinds of problems with a two year old furnace. A new install by a company also failed leaving us without heat during the recent cold spell. Bob Fertile, came and gave a competitive quote . He is very attentive to detail and made sure we get the best install team. 2 days later (Jan 4) Berlin and Anthony came to install. They were very thorough and did not accept the status quo configuration. They rerouted exhaust, enlarged return air etc etc. Worked hard all day. Extra nice touch, John T dropped by as set of expert eyes. Furnace is working great. Today (Jan 9) John T came and did fine tuning. Excellent service and aftercare. These folks know how to service a customer. Highly recommend Mersey to any one looking for a new furnace.

You can tell it is a family run business because they care! Good and prompt with their service. I would definitely recommend LawnSavers to any one thinking of signing up for service.

I invited 3 companies on site to inspect the property, assess what was needed to stop water leaking into the basement and to provide an estimate. Two of the companies did not provide a satisfactory remedial plans. Carl McDowell of Canada Waterproofers had excellent knowledge of waterproofing and very practical solutions to the problem. Carl was a pleasure to deal with from the first site meeting to signing off the job at its conclusion. He was patient and clear in all his explanations, and in many respects went above and beyond expectations. His crew was efficient and thorough in their workmanship and their follow-through in terms of finishing details and clean-up. The restoration work was superbly done. Carl was always accessible and helped me complete the City of Toronto flood subsidy forms. I had excellent experience and would highly recommend Carl.

The kitchen drain was blocked. I contacted the company on Sunday and they responded right away to set up an appointment. I called them Monday morning to get a price quote and agreed to a 3pm appointment. Alex, the tech came over. He was very knowledgeable about how drains work and the impact of gravity on water flows. He quickly figured out the problem, used his snake effectively to clear the blockage. Alex was very pleasant to talk to and ask questions, which excellent customer service. Even though I was invoiced at the top end of the range of the cost quote, I had no problem in making the payment as it was a job well done.

Stan Boigon of Renovation Experts project managed our project. Like all projects of this size there were a few tense moments. However Stan worked with us and we managed to work our way through to the next milestone. Stan was very helpful in guiding us through many choices we had to make with regards to flooring, tiles, paint selection etc. We are very happy with our renovated house and are enjoying it. All our friends love our house.

I specifically asked that Latitude install manufacturer supplied clips to my undermount laundry sink. For some reason they did not want to do it but were not honest enough to tell me. Instead they told me that the installer will do it on site. The installer did not bother. I am left with the risk that the silicone will fail and the sink will drop down. Latitude sent a tech Roger over who refused to do anything.
