we had a new furnace/AC installed on weekend of July 26. The two installers did a great job. Throughout the weekend, I noticed that the "heat" option was not available on the thermostat setting. I looked through the owner's manual with no instruction to do this. I called the 1-800 Honeywell # and they spent 20 min and could not solve the issue. I called Reliance Comfort, the lady on the phone took my info and said a tech would contact me, ASAP. It was no more than 2 minutes later, when Skylar called me back. His first words after I described the issue was; "Oh, I know this particular model of thermostat like the back of my hand.." Skylar walked me through it and we had it fixed in less than 2 minutes! Thank you, Skylar!! You rock!!!
