Air conditioner was installed on time and at cost, even though there was a rain storm. However, best part is that I had breaker/wiring problems afterwards. Lewis and the guys from A+ stood by their commitment and fixed the problems at no extra charge. Terrific customer service.

Emailed Ralph in the morning about several small jobs (broken switches, install outlets) and Mike arrived that evening on time and prepared. The work looks great, with care taken to coordinate with my homes current set-up (pun intended). Mike was friendly, responsive and I appreciated that Ralph followed up the next day. These guys stand by their work. Oh, and cost came in exactly as estimated. Will definitely trust RLC again.
