Selected Arpis to install furnace from a handful of companies that I talked to at a recent home show. They had the brand of furnace I wanted and they set up an appointment for an estimate on the spot. Robert S. provided me with the estimate. He was friendly and and knowledgeable and provided me with a good review of my existing set-up and what they would need to do to get the job done right. I decided at that time I would also have the water tank replaced and a humidifier installed. The installation took place the following week. The service guys were friendly and answered all my questions during the install. It took two days to get everything completed, but they kept me informed and worked around my schedule. Their follow-up was good and they also went out of their way to ensure that I was able to get a rebate from the manufacturer. .

Selected Gutter Doctor to complete some repairs and adjust roof drainage on my house and a rental. They had done work on a relative's house with good results. Contacted them via email and set up appointment for estimate. Shane came out and inspected the house and provided an estimate for the work we requested. Additionally, he identified some additional issues that we had not noticed. He came out the following week and completed the work in a day. Everything seems in good order; however, we need to have a good rainfall to confirm whether everything is working 100%.

The staff who came to our house give us an estimate were friendly and knowledgeable. They sat down with us and went over what we wanted, gave us advice on options. We had to wait a bit for our door to be constructed in Ontario, but it was ready when they said it would be and they were prompt and courteous when we set a date for our door installation. THis was done in the spring time when things were still a bit muddy but they were good about keeping our house clean and not muddying up too much. All in all a good experience. We would consider them again for future windows/doors.

The whole process working with studentworks was mediocre at best. I saw a sign in the neighborhood and gave them a call for a free estimate. It took over a week for them to get back to me and when we made an actual appointment, they were a no-show with a lame excuse. While their painting job wasn't a disaster, it certainly wasn't top quality work. They didn't do a very good pre-scraping/sanding job, our windows were stuck, & they left garbage on our property for us to deal with. Our garage, which was a stain job, had to be re-done, and the final product is still sub-standard in our opinion. The only saving grace is that they guarantee their work for 3 years. I may have to call them within that time.

Fred from Select Sunrooms helped me to design a nice screened front foyer. I use it all the time in the summer to bring fresh air thru the house without compromising security in the front hall.

I came across this company at a recent homeshow and picked up their flyer. A few months later I gave them a call for a free estimate. They set up an appointment, came on time, provided me with a estimate for installing two phantom screens. I decided to go with just one and they were totally great with it. They stood by their price for just one or both screens. We made an appointment for installation. I was late but he stayed around until I showed up and installed it in under an hour. The screen is great and i use it ALL the time. I highly recommend this company.
