called uptown appliance and was greeted by chris. Was friendly but more importantly prompt when showing up for service call. Repaired washing machine giving us two options: a) order parts through supplier for $150 b) use a screw to stabalize washing machine door (cost $0) Went with option b and this was 8 months ago. Worked perfectly. Don't know any other technicians that would give you a solution which costs $0 when they could easily make $150. Conclusion: Prompt, Knowledgable, and most importantly honest.
