This company is great, even with a miscommunication on my part and the credit card deposit was not approved, Anna still went ahead and sent the team at the specified time. I originally had doubts about finding a trustworthy mover, but they alleviated all my fears. Ryan, Steve, and Ricardo showed up, and helped me move 4 bedroom house into our new place, protecting everything. They were fast and hardworking. Polite and helpful, went above and beyond. Markham Garage Doors was a great shopping experience. I removed two single garage doors made of old heavy wood, replaced them with light steel insulated doors from Clopay. Added two LiftMasters. They were polite and did not pressure me into a sale, kept me to update given the busy season. Install was fast and efficient. Installer explained procedure and demostrated well.

Received a decent discount through a group buy from RFD. The job involved a teardown of an old unit, replacing it with a Trane XR13. Craig and crew were great! They were on time, courteous, and efficient. They keep you informed of the whole process up until the final result. Good job!

This was the second time I called upon Max to fix my old ac unit that had a leak. We decided to refill the refrigerant temporarily until next year. Max was always prompt, professional and efficient. I wont hesitate to use him for my next issue.

Showed up at exact time the appointment was for. Pleasant, informative and efficient. Work done included a teardown of existing 15yr old opener, install new Liftmaster Elite 8550w and new emergency lock release. Including two remotes, interior panel, exterior keypad.

When I first called Gary, he was pleasant and accomodating. I provided rough measurements for my backsplash and countertops and Gary was quick to provide an estimate. Shortly afterwards he showed up to obtain more accurate measurements. Jade Granite and Quartz has competitive pricing and they accomodated my desire for a quick turn around for installation. The two gentlemen that showed up were professional and the installation was terrific (and quick!). The backsplash and countertops look BEAUTIFUL! I would not hesitate to recommend JG&Q to others.

I was referred to Jim through HomeSmartz. Jim is fast and efficient and pleasant to deal with. I installed a whole house Siemens surge protector at the circuit breaker box, various electrical outlets in the basement theatre room and will have Jim visit again to finish some other electrical wiring. I have a single outside motion detecting light to the side of double entry doors, I wanted to have another one on the opposite side and Jim thoughtfully suggested we put it on the same circuit so they turned on and off at the same time, this was very helpful as most 'off the street electricians' would only do the required work and nothing else. Thanks Jim!

Wayne was on time for the scheduled first appointment. The project took roughly two days in length. He is a great professional, both amicable and patient, who took the time to listen to what you needed and to offer any suggestions for improvement that you don't think of. Overall a terrific guy to work with! The project included whole house cat6 wiring from the basement to all the rooms in the house. He explained his whole plan of cable pulling after I showed him where I wanted each cat6 wall jack. Wayne cleaned up after himself after each day and even though I work in the IT industry, he took his time to explain each step making sure I understood everything and did not leave any room to be lost in jargon. He also helped me setting up my whole basement theatre entertainment system, offering even to help me pick up my stereo system and receiver boxes from the local a/v shop without additional cost! What a guy!! He unboxed everything, mounted my 150" projector screen, ran in-wall wiring plus plates, helped me move vertical blinds to be better positioned, repositioned a duct conduit and vent so that it wasn't blowing up against the screen, made sure all wiring was hidden and tidy. Even help me paint various spots! (I wanted the whole theatre room blacked out). Moved all empty boxes into a storage area. Vacuumed after himself. Went ABOVE AND BEYOND your typical person. I can't say enough how much I endorse this guy. I would definitely choose him over the big boxed stores where you are just a number!! After all the work, Wayne is even visiting a few days later to make sure everything is great and tuned/tweaked. Support your local family business. Choose HomeSmartz!
