I highly recommend this service. When I was calling around to various companies to have my dryer vent cleaned, Paul took the time to talk me through what I should asking the other companies. Even though I was leaning towards going with another company because they could come sooner, I ended up going with Paul because he was so professional. He was able to squeeze me in within a couple of days of my call. He climbed up to the vent output on the roof to diagnose the issue (a service that not all companies will provide) and made changes so that the lint would be less likely to collect in the duct. He then did a thorough cleaning and ensured that there was adequate airflow through the duct (something that other companies said they couldn't measure). I am amazed at how much more efficient my dryer is after this cleaning. In addition to this, he talked me through basic maintenance of my AC and furnace as I am a home owner. I was also given a discount for being a first time client. All in all, excellent and incredibly professional service. I will be using this service again and would happily recommend Paul to friends.

Very happy with the service. KC was able to arrange work on short notice and was very pleasant to interact with over the phone. Odd jobs included bolting shelves to the wall, reinstalling a curtain rod, and installing a lock. Everything was done well and efficiently. KC brought a second staff Al who was also very pleasant and efficient. Because I had thought that the cost was $65/hour and we had not discussed that that the rate was 'per person, per hour', KC only charged 3 instead of 4 'work hours' which was very appreciated. Overall, very professional and I would recommend and use their services again.
