Bluntly, they don't care. I've had nothing but problems dealing with them, from their design process to their terrible customer service. Wasting alot of my time and nothing but frustrations. I've been waiting for things to be fixed for months now via warranty. They are disorganized or just assume you will forget about things. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. A good builder would stand behind the product and go out of their way to get things fixed, especially for the prices they are charging. I have a list of issues dealing with them. Avoid this builder. Incompetent people, bad attitudes, not helpful or willing to make proper repairs Stay away. The only positive was the sales people, after that nothing but frustrations and headaches.

Had a pleasurable experience with Premier. They were one of the only contractors who got back to me and replied to my e-mails quickly and did not cancel or not show up. The price was competitive and beat out other contractors for better quality equipment, They showed up on time, the installation went smoothly and the equipment has been working great so far. Recommended.
