My eavestrough had been dripping at the bottom of a corner of the roof and the original quote for the job needed a leak seal service in addition to the cleaning/de-clog. After Frank, the crew team leader, inspected my eavestrough on job day, he concluded that only de-clogging of the downspout near the dripping was needed, no leak seal service was required. His crew de-clogged the downspout and cleaned my eavestrough thoroughly. Dirt and debris was collected in a yard waste bag at the curb for the city to collect. They cleaned up after themselves with no mess. I am very happy with their service. They did a great job and honest with what was only required to be done. All the communication was done with Myriam at their office which was fast and efficient. They emailed me before coming and advised me immediately if rescheduling was needed due to increment weather. The original quote was clear and precise and so was the final invoice (with leak seal service removed) I received when the job was completed. No surprise or any hidden fees. All in all, a very good experience and I certainly will recommend Tip Top Trough to my friends for their exceptional quality services. Thanks you!

My previous garage door was a builder grade material which had started to crack after the severe winter we had in Ontario. The garage door opener was very noisy during operation and it did not improve a bit even after oiling the tracks and chains. So I guessed it was time for replacement for both the door and the opener. Markham Garage Doors was referred by my friend and I had gone to their showroom at Bullock Drive and had a look. I was so impressed by the doors and openers they offer. They were able to come to my house for a quote in a day and the installation could be done in just 3 weeks time. Brandon (the installer) had done a great job, nice workmanship and efficient. He cleaned up the site with no mess left behind. He had also offer valuable advices on how to maintain the garage doors and the opener. The aluminum capping around the garage door was done by another staff (which I regretfully forgot to ask his name) a day before the garage door was installed. This guy also had done a great job on the capping. There is no need for me to re-paint this frame anymore as it is aluminum which is virtually maintenance free. Now my garage door looks so much better, in a better color (in my opinion) with cast iron decorations. The opener is so quiet during operations and so smooth. I am very happy with the work done. My front porch was in a bad shape after the last severe winter we had in Ontario. The fake stones laid by the previous owner had fallen apart. I had contacted a couple of interlocking companies for fixing the front porch, replacing our asphalt driveway by interlocks and redo our backyard interlocks. Only Beaver is able to recommend what has to be done correctly and Fred (the owner) has referred me to some professionals to redo our front porch with natural stones. Fred and his men have taken the interlocking job of the driveway and backyard. They are very efficient and complete the job in one single day. They have brought in the proper equipment and machines that enable them to finish the job that fast. They have done a great job, nice workmanship, fast and efficient and they clean up the site before leaving. There is no mess left behind. Well done! Thank you Beaver!
