After seeing the reviews on this web site, I decided to go with this company. The sales man was quick to come but could have paid a little more attention to the details. He never once asked if I wanted a retrofit or from the brick. Once we signed on they came and did the measurements within a week. Then it was an eight week wait for them to install. After nine weeks (the eighth week landed the same week as Thanksgiving so I gave them an extra week) I called them and they were quick to get back to me and arrange a date for installation. The installers were friendly, clean and did a terrific job. I am very pleased with all that was done.

After calling several companies, it became apparent that they all charge at least $80 just to come to your house. Any repairs they make would be over and above that. It was at the beginning of the summer season when I called so I went with this company as they could come the soonest. The repair man spent quite some time both at the basement unit and at the outside fan trying to figure out the problem. He even had another person come and look at the fan unit outside. He finally decided it was the condensor. He said he would see if it was on warranty and get back to me but it could be as much as $900 to repair. I never heard from anyone from this company again. I gave up waiting to hear from this company, so I called another company in. This time the repair man was there for 15 minutes before telling me the problem was fixed and he was ready to leave. He told me it just need some more coolant and had a small leak outside which he had repaired. I can understand companies charging service fee charges to avoid frivolous calls but to charge and not be able to do the the work is just like robbery.
