Any new project can be challenging to understand or find value for the money and the very competent oversight provided by Mark, aka Mr T, was absolutely to our expectations! Our choice of Eclipse shutters was greatly enhanced when Jamie provided his insightful design input to achieve more than just measurements! Our project needed to accommodate three unique components of living room, patio doors, balcony door and still keep them pleasing to their overall look. Wow! Then of course we have DJ like a quarterback making a schedule flow to everyone's sense of confidence for the installation. Once again Jamie and Orlando impressed us with their studious attention to the project's completion! It is quite understandable why they have earned the high commendations of 2013 and probably 2014! Peter and the great staff at the Leaside location made our condo renovation project a lot less worrisome. From review of product, to the estimating / costing, scheduling, to the punctual and very efficient installation crew led by Bob, we were very impressed by the high level of service!
