From start to finish I had a very positive experience with Adel and his team. They were flexible in moving my appointment and always responsive to email. They sent a reminder the prior day and called before arriving as well. Daltony came on time and went over what they were going to do and finished their job in about an hour with four bedrooms. The carpets were cleaned and sanitized. Overall I am very pleased with the results and would recommend them to anyone.

I needed to have my laundry sink faucet replaced, a shower faucet repaired, and investigate water damage from shower upstairs. Yuri from rooter helped me with the first two and connected me with restoration one to remediate the water damage. They were prompt to call me back and came on Sunday to inspect the damage..I was impressed. Yuri did a good job with the faucet replacement and some soldering work to align the pipes explaining what he was going to do, cost of services, and did the install well. I will definitely call rooter again for my next plumbing job.

Chris and Mark arrived on time and were very professional and thorough in their work. They gave me some good tips to keep ducts clean and in fact reduced $70 from the quote for furnace blower cleaning as they felt it was good as is. They clearly explained the pricing and what we were being charged for. They were polite and offered good advice.
