I contacted Pilkey for a quote for a custom piece of glass for my hallway. While I received an initial response quite quickly, my emails were suddenly ignored. I had expressed to John at Pilkey that I was eager to proceed with the order and that I required it quite quickly (just over 2 weeks), however I never received a response from them while trying to arrange a time for measurement, etc. If a company can't even bother to return phone calls and emails to enquiries, I don't think I would trust them after I've handed over my money.

Paul and Joe came by to clean the ducts on my new home. They were both courteous and professional at all times. It was a pleasure to work with someone who is truly an expert in his field. Paul took the time to explain exactly what they were doing. They took exceptional care while in my home and made sure that everything was clean and correct before leaving. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone.
