What started as a kitchen cupboard refacing project with little vision left us wondering if a full kitchen gut was worth looking into to address design issues with our current layout. I visited Kitchen and Bath and met with Krystal who immediately put me at ease and agreed to provide a computer generated 3D plan of what she would do with our problematic kitchen layout. After a few days we went back and were blown away by her ideas. We made some minor refinements - much came from her great ideas (i.e. wine rack above the fridge may spoil wine). Every crew member who worked in our home was professional, kind and most of all - happy to work for Kitchen and Bath. When you have happy employees, you have productive, respectful employees which shows in the craftsmanship that was delivered. Constant communication throughout and even when we threw some last minute requests at the team, they handled them seamlessly. The kitchen feels massive due to Krystal's expertise and all the finishes are beautiful. We spend most of our time now in our new kitchen and cannot recommend Krystal and her crew enough. You will be in excellent hands if you trust your home renovation project to her.

From the first contact with Tara to the final installation of the in-line roller shower door, everyone on the team was amazing to deal with throughout the process. Tara took the time to ask about our needs and matched it with a product that would best meet our goals and budget. We received prompt service and all commitments were delivered on time, on budget, no mess and excellent communication. Although our initial goal was to install a door to compensate for our lazy teenager (shower curtain? what for?!) but got much more than that - the door adds beauty to the bathroom and I haven't seen a product on the market yet that compares.

Vince helped turn a father's day surprise into a father's dream set-up. His recommendations & honesty helped make good investment decisions. He turned a poor wiring job by a previous technician into perfection. I purchased a weatherproof outdoor tv which was installed and set-up as well & rewired family rm, kitchen, basement and balcony for perfect entertainment. He then made it all simple by programming a harmony remote - doesn't get much better than that!
