We had a great experience with HD roofing on our investment property through Cherry & Clark roofing and decided to go with HD again even though their quotes came in 20-40% higher than other companies. The estimator guaranteed Cherry and Clark would be doing the work and It would done to the same specifications so we were ok with paying the premium. From there it all went down hill, the roof was done by a group of un identified people in white shirts with no branding of either home depot or cherry and clark. Seems they had outsourced our job to another company without our knowledge or approval. They rushed through the job finishing in one day which normally takes 2-3 days for our size roof as confirmed in previous contractor quotes. Later to find out squirrels had lifted up the shingles and got into the attic due to poor workmanship. We proceeded to express our concerns to upper management who refused to help in any way. Terrible experience!! Don’t assume because they are a big box store they are going to stand behind their product/workmanship . Seems to me that profit is the be all end all.

Steve and Crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. They installed our gate last year with their recommendation of using Nuvo fence which has been a fantastic product. With the terrible winter we had, we experienced some minor issues in the spring . Steve came to fix the problem without hesitation. A great product and fantastic service. We continue to receive compliments on our gate from friends and neighbours. Would highly recommend this is company to anyone looking for a gate or fencing.

We used George's recommendation for a handle and dead bolt lock and had him install. Within a couple of months the handle broke and he came back repair. At that point i asked if it was a product issue. He assured me it me it was a high quality handle lock and proceeded to install repair again. It is now broken for the third time and is insisting on payment to fix his reocommended that has never worked from initial install. Poor product and even worse customer service.
