We had a leak pouring from our ceiling! Austin was very knowledgeable and found the source of the problem! It wasn’t plumbing related and he helped tremendously. Very kind and respectful of our home. He also helped us out with an issue with water temperature and explained the options and fixed the solution immediately. We signed up with the Membership and feel very relieved that next time we have an issue we know exactly who to immediately call.

We needed a screen door made for our back patio. We went to aluminum and Associates based on a recommendation from a sales associate at Lowe’s. we took exact measurements of the door frame and photos and asked them to come to our home to confirm sizing. They then said “no we don’t need to do that” and proceeded to make a door that was TOO BIG- they failed to take into account the springs and wheels needed to make the door slide!!! They charged us delivery on top of the door price and DID NOT EVEN TRY THE DOOR IN BEFORE LEAVING AT AT MY BACL PATIO! When I called/emailed them to say the door was too big they refused to come back and pick up the door that they made too big - unless I paid 70 deliver each way. After weeks of back and forth they have cut off dialogue and so now I have a screen door leaning up against the back of my house and they refuse to come back and make the situation right!! I am so dissatisfied and disappointed it’s shocking.

We had clogged downspouts and we worried about potential damage to our roof and fascia. Tip top trough came in to inspect and quickly diagnosed the problem. The service was carried out promptly, the crew was very neat and tidy and very respectful of our new landscaping. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We originally called this company to help us out with our gas fire place. They were very prompt and solved our problem right away. While Aaron was at our home he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He noticed a few concerning items regarding our furnace and air conditioner unit. We had a full inspection done and were very pleased with their attention to detail. We had a new furnace air conditioner unit installed- their were very neat and tidy while in our home. We are very happy with the work done and would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
