This was the second time we used Extreme. Rick is great to work with and his attention to detail is unbelievable. He came up with the colour choices, design, tree choice and a nice bubbling rock to accent the yard. He had previously done my front. Highly recommended.

Sam worked with me remotely as it’s hard for me to get to the unit. He gave me multiple options for flooring, and no pressure to go ahead. He took multiple photos of the work (before, during, after) to stay in communication. I was very comfortable working with Sam and highly recommend him if you’re in the market for new flooring.

Dimitri worked with me to get my condo painted. I couldn’t make it out there at all. He was very flexible with access to the unit and made some honest recommendations on what I should do. He was very fair with pricing. Highly recommend him.

Michael was extremely professional when he came over to quote me. The city had cited me 6 violations on my deck and the original deck guy was awol. Michael was meticulous at explaining the process, how long it would take and what next steps were. He also made himself available when the inspector came by to see the corrections. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for Renos.

I found some mold in the grout of my shower. As per my previous experience, I called Vid to come by. He was prompt and gave me a fair estimate for work. His work is impeccable as usual. Highly recommend him for any mold related issues.

Rick was awesome to deal with prior the project and while they were doing it. He came by on a couple of occasions before the project to drop of samples and to give us his vision of what he wanted the front of the home to look like. Even though he had been extremely busy over the last few months, he was always quick to reply to my emails. The quality of work was top notch, and his pricing was reasonable compared to other companies that I had interviewed. Not to mention other positive reviews for him helped me decide on using his company. Truly a great experience.

Vid's attention to detail is unbelievable. He removed a chunk of drywall in my office and re-did my crown moldings in the room surrounding the affected area. After everything was said and done, you could not see any marks on the wall at all! He also replaced 4 of my exhaust fans in the washrooms/laundry area. Very honest worker and quality is fantastic. I will always refer to him to clear out any mold or just have any general questions.

Vid was initially scheduled to remove some mold in my home but I had an emergency come up. My rental property had gone vacant and there was some mold in the basement. Vid was really flexible and excellent to work with. He worked around my work schedule. He did a great job and I will still be using him for my home.

By far the best contractor I've ever worked with. Very clean and Johncarlo takes immense pride in his work. I cannot recommend him enough, as he is the best basement contractor. He even helped design the basement, and suggested some great changes to my designs.

My deck is now the envy of anyone walking by or coming over. SF Stone went above and beyond to create an amazing deck, with all the bells and whistles. The quality really stands out, and the attention to detail is unbelievable. I definitely recommend SF Stone to anyone looking to do any renovations.

We bought these shutters. They're not perfect, but they are very reasonably priced. Some are a bit loose, but overall decent quality for the price. Sales guy came over and did his entire sales show. Stars was the only one that didnt bad mouth the competition. I had estimates from 3 others and they all said negative things about the others.
