An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Major interior renovation for main and second floors of single family dwelling. "We are very pleased with the exceptional work done by Alan Godel and his team. They helped to turn our dark and dated home into a modern open-concept living space. Alan did a great job helping us to filter through ideas for layout and gave us options that we had not thought about ourselves. For example, all the contractors we interviewed told us it was impossible to incorporate both a shower and a bath tub in our existing bathroom footprint. Alan came up with a smart solution to make it happen, which we were very pleased with. Everyone involved in the renovation was very easy to work with and communication with Alan during the project was open and timely. We are also very pleased with the professional workmanship from all of the trades involved. The project stayed very much on course with respect to time frame and budget and when any adjustments needed to be made, Alan was quick to communicate with us and addressed them accordingly. Thank you Alan and co. for all your great work! We appreciated your honesty and professionalism. We love our space." - Andrea & Gord
