Plasma Installation, Surround Sound and Outdoor Audio
After I finally made the decision to upgrade my entertainment system, I quickly realized that TV installation is no longer a do-it-yourself project, there is simply too much to know nowadays. I'm the first to admit that I'm a bit "frugal" when it comes to larger purchases, and after I finally parted with the money for my "system" I made the greivous error of not hiring Toronto Home Theater ( Mike ) after I first talked with him, instead going with another installer I found in the classifieds. BIG MISTAKE. Not only did the first guy do a lousy job ( actually half a lousy job, because he didn't finish it, I didn't let him! ) but he left me out of pocket several hundred dollars with a non-working system. I then recontacted Mike and asked for his help. Within 48 hours Mike and his crew began re-doing what I had hoped for with a few added twists, I had purchased a home-theater-in-a-box system that was incapable of what I wanted it to do ( Mike explained this in a very concise way that even my wife totally understood ) and was able to re-design my system, supply the correct equipment, and have it totally up and running within days of my first disaster. His knowledge and abilites were very impressive, and at no time did I feel that he had anything but my best interests in mind, both on price and quality. I will recommend Toronto Home Theater to anyone who will listen, Mike's expertice in his field were clearly seen at my home! I wouldn't buy another home entertainment product without talking to Mike first. I am 100% satisfied. Mike and his crew are truly proud of what they do and it shows. They even vacuumed after themselves!

- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Do not attempt this type of work yourself, or hire someone simply based on price. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.........I learned the hard way!!!
