Joe is a pleasure to deal with. He is a well dressed gentleman. He takes his shoes off when he enters the house. Called him around 5 in the evening about a fridge problem. We scheduled a meeting for the next day. Joe diagnosed the problem (replaced a faulty compressor) and it was fixed by the evening the following day. The next morning I have a working fridge again. It is more quiet and cold again. What more can you ask for? P.s. If you offer Joe a ginger ale, He gives better rates.
