H&I Roofing came recommended to me by an experienced member of the building supply community. My wife and I elected to hire them to convert our aging cedar shake roof to asphalt shingles in July 2016. Harjit and his crew began work on time. I've never seen such an organized trades crew, ever. They all knew exactly what to do, and how it was meant to be done. I found out that the least senior crew member was 6 years with the company, and that they had guys who had been aboard since 1996! The experience was evident. The crew was also very polite. They were keen to explain anything I had questions about, were very respectful of my home, and were very unobtrusive. Great to have these guys on my property. They removed our old roofing in less than two hours, had the new sheathing on in less an hour, underlay shortly after, and were applying shingles right around lunch. All existing fittings and flashing were replaced. They make extensive use of a high lift truck, using it for waste removal and delivery of materials to the roof. Gone are the days of guys huffing things up and down a ladder. All the materials were flying around (literally!) with ease, making the process look very clean and simple. And so fast - the entire process was 8 1/2 hours, including lunch! They removed all my gutter protection and cleaned my gutters at no additional cost, and replaced everything wonderfully. Cleanup was just as good. I have a four year old son who wants nothing more than to run around the house in the summer. After days of looking, I have yet to find a single nail loose on the ground. It's amazing. The cleanup was very, very thorough. And finally, I have a beautiful, amazing new roof on my house. The whole place looks twenty years younger. It's as good a job as I've ever seen. My hat is off to Harjit and H&I Roofing. They came highly recommended and still managed to exceed my very high expectations. I cannot say enough good things about these guys, and would recommend them to absolutely anybody. Perfect job.

Second experience with Centra. Timely, friendly team of great guys braved hot weather, hidden bees, and an agorophobic cat to install all new double paned windows on the house we bought earlier in the summer (2015). The guys were right on time (start and finish) and only had one small correction to make - an incorrectly sized screen for one window, which was fixed within a couple of days on a free followup call. They are on the higher end of prices we checked, but they also deliver extremely high quality product and installation. So high that we hired them for this new project after they installed a door at our old home. We loved them the first time, and loved them again this time. Thanks Centra, we'll be calling again!

We had Centra come in based on the strength of many positive reviews, and were very happy to discover they were all correct! Brad at the demo office was extremely helpful, and even helped us avoid picking a product that would have been a poor choice - even though it started out the one we wanted. Sean's site visit was quick, easy, and simple. Kurtis and Jayme were our installers, and they were on time, helpful, polite, and careful from start to finish. They answered every one of our questions on site, and even went on a run for the moulding we wanted around the new door when we didn't like what they had in the truck. We couldn't have picked a better couple of guys to come out - great job guys! All phone calls and emails to Centra were answered same day - a real change of pace versus most contractors. We are very happy with the quality of Centra's work, would use them again, and would recommend them wholeheartedly.
