We are repeat customers and our second review with a rating of ten! Rhoan does a wonderful job in communicating with the customer and has a lot of patience. He came to our home to give us a detailed quote which was provided to us via email the same day. Within a week we had the installation performed by Sheldon the technician who took the time showing us how the system worked. He gave us friendly patient expert advice. Loaded the camera app on our phones, desktop computer and Fibe TV. Rhoan asked us to contact him if we had any questions. We highly recommend Systems and Design Security Integrator because of their excellent customer service.

Martha from the office gave the quote. She was friendly to talk to and responded promptly by phone and email. We were impressed by the service received by the three young men who were at our home Saadi, Abbas and Alex. Their teamwork was extraordinary. Hardworking, respectful, and senior friendly. They showed up with two trucks. Saadi explained everything in detail along with pictures as the work progressed. All three were eager to help or explain. Canvas mats were laid down on the floors and stairs and the cleanup was spotless. We chose NDS because of the great reviews and their reputation. They have our endorsement!

Called AAA Gates Wildlife Control Nick showed up closed a hole on the roof and installed a one-way out cage. He returned shortly thereafter indicated a squirrel had exited. I told him we continue to hear them in the attic and walls and running in the soffit. On three separate occasions I called the office and spoke to a so-called "Wildlife Expert"' who said on one call Nick was coming and didn't show up. Another call I wanted to contact Mr. Gates but was denied that request and was told to contact my City Property Standards Dept. to investigate my problem. Anytime I contacted the office there was confusion and misstatement of facts regarding my issue. When they can't solve the problem there is a dedicated effort to blame it on something else. e.g. You're living in a Townhouse adjoining etc. Mr. Gates if you are reading this, yes, I am a customer and I paid good money for this service.

Rhoan was quick to responded to my telephone call in the morning and set up an appoitment via telephone to connect the cameras remotely just hours later. He did the fix to my desktop computer via Team Viewer and on my cell phone with his instructions to me. He was very tech savy, polite and very patient in explaining what I had to do. He had to work on a number of scenarios to access the cameras and set it up so I wouldn't have to have this done again if the network provider was changed. Great customer service and a pleasure to talk to Rhoan.

Installation was great. There were some minor issues that were addressed to our satisfaction. All this completed in just 2 days. We are happy with Bath Fitter North York service and highly recommend them.

Contacted Ray from Total Security to reconfigure my home security cameras which were not functiong. He sends an estimated time of arrival in a text message. He is polite. respectful and punctual. Ray through his remote contact person upgraded my DVR's firmware. Being a senior I was somewhat intimidated by the technology but he was patient and took the time to explain. I found him to be friendly, reliable and trustworthy. You can count on him to give you great customer service at a very reasonable price. I'd like to give him a 10+

I originally had 3 companies submit a quote. Stephan responded quickly and did an on roof inspection. One company took 5 weeks and as many phone calls and when they did show up did an on ground quote! Imperial Roofing completed the work on time as scheduled. Competitive pricing and quality workmanship! This Is a family business started by his father in 1968. In talking to Stephan he shows a great deal of pride in carrying on his father's business. It certainly shows in his work ethic. On the day of the job he and his crew were there at 7:30 am sharp. You could see they enjoyed working together as a team. Stephan explained in detail any questions I had. He even suggested adding extensions to the downspouts so they would discharge into the eavestroughing.

Not only did we get exceptional leather furniture for our living room but we also benefited from Ralph's experience in interior design. He was able to do this from the cell phone video and pictures that he viewed along with the hardwood floor sample that we brought to the store. Ralph was more than willing to come to our home if requested. He took us step by step in building the custom leather sectional and chairs. His colour choices were outstanding! We found him to be trustworthy and dedicated in his efforts to make us confident with our purchase. Delivery was on time as promised. His son Rob and assistant carefully unwrapped and placed the furniture in the living room where we requested. They even took the time to remove the gliders from the bottom of the wooden legs and replace them with the felt padding we had supplied. Obviously Ralph has passed on his customer service skills to his son!
