Renat and his team came back to finish off my fence as i had to do it in 2 parts to split the cost. They were able to start earlier than planned, job was completely done in a week and i could not be happier. I have just renovated my small basement and the carpeted stairs took a beating over time and during this reno. Plan was to recarpet the stairs but my contractor showed me pictures of Keen’s work. I decided to go this way and when Keen showed up with plain boards, reviewed the flooring top and bottom of the stairs then mixed stain to blend a mix of the two colors I was massively impressed. The work went quickly and now a boring, dull stairway is now an impressive first feature you see when you come into my house. When we get round to replacing our main floor stairs I will 100% be using Keen and the TFC Group. Last but by no means least, Keen and his brother-in-law are simply awesome people who take pride in providing what the homeowner wants.

I used Advanced plumbing for my basement waterproofing. From the moment George came to review the job to the guys who performed the back breaking work and the excellent clean up they did I couldn’t be happier. I had a few questions after the work was done and the money was paid and Greg sent technicians out without a second thought and resolved them above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone doing any kind of plumbing work, big or small.

I contacted Mark of Phoenix contracting based on the recommendations of some friends who had work done. It was the best decision I have made. I have an en-suite and a guest bathroom that were firmly entrenched in the 1970’s and Mark walked me through the plan, told me the best places to get plumbing and tiles (to get a contractor discount) and basically did the rest! I was consulted at every step, the tradespeople brought in were on time and excellent and every day the work area was really clean. The schedule, even in these uncertain times was spot on and there were no delays at all, mostly due to Mark running a very tight ship. You can see he takes his work very seriously and has pride in the finished product. I can’t thank Mark and Ryan enough for the excellent job they did, on time and on budget.

I called Beaver Paving in late 2017, ready for an early spring 2018 job. The job was done in late June and I have to say the wait was completely worth it. During the removal Joe was on top of the team, kept them moving, was mindful of pedestrians and kept the site clean. Joe made sure he informed me of any and all discrepancies and additional things that needed to be done to fix a 20 year old driveway. They even replaced a piece of loose cement around a basement window with some curbing they had, at no charge, simply because it "looked better" (it does). I really like that they cared enough to make that judgement. Completely satisfied with the quality of work, nice people to deal with and I would 100% without question, use Beaver Paving again and have recommended them to my friends. My only negative comment is this beautiful driveway has highlighted I have some work to do on my house to match it!! Keep up the good work folks!! Steve and Grace Parr, Etobicoke.
