John and his crew did a fine job moving our furniture out so we could have our floors refinished. They also made sure that things were located where we wanted them when the furniture was moved back in.

Beware. Royal picked up two carpets recently. It took three phone calls to get them here. Painful. Used a new bag & vacuumed one 10 x12 carpet just 'cleaned' by Royal. I measured a half cup (a handful) of fine, sandy material when I emptied the bag. This same material was on the hardwood floor adjacent to the 'cleaned' carpet. This grit had been jarred loose onto our clean floor as we were moving and positioning this carpet onto the underpad. My expectation was that the 'cleaned' carpet would contain none of this abrasive material. This stuff is what wears out the carpet as we all know. That's why we have carpets 'cleaned'. Cosmetically, the colours didn't appear to be brighter. Obviously, this is subjective. A half cup of grit from a 10 x 12 carpet is not what I expect to get back from a 'cleaned' carpet. But that's what I got.
Thank you kindly for your review. A 10 year carpet jute backing will always disintegrate over time. We did his rugs so many times before no complains. This time he was just not willing to even listen.
The asphalt driveway was installed exactly as requested about three years ago. But the best part is that a company rep sent two technicians back this week to seal a very thin 10' crack I asked about. No charge.
James and Nick did a great job installing our air conditioning system. James offered some very helpful suggestions about how to move the cooler air around our second storey where there are no return ducts.
Cleaned chimney and removed the cause of smoke smell during wet wether. Evaluated cause for occasional smoke aroma in an upstairs bedroom. Great service. Appreciated the followup call to find out how the process went.
