This review is based solely on my experience with Roy and Iconic Paving I selected Iconic to repave my driveway based on my experience with Roy. He took the time to assure me and addressed all my questions and the job was done in June 2022. Everything was great until 2 weeks after the job was done. Then 4 cracks ranging from 3ft to 15ft appeared on the driveway. I called Roy, I texted Roy and for weeks no response. I finally posted a negative review in google and got his attention. In December he came and torched my driveway as a repair and told me if that does not work he will replace the driveway next year. Well next year has come and gone and Roy has completely ignored my calls and my emails. He does not honour his warranty nor his word. My advise is to steer clear, there are better options in the GTA

Roy understood my frustrations and is working with me as best he can to help resolve the situation. That's the best thing about my situation; he understood there was an issue and give me a commitment to make it right. That's what I was hoping for and I appreciate the expectations he set after we spoke

I placed my call to the Sewer Squad Plumbing team at 830am and by 1130am Mitch was at my house. The problem was resovled within the time specified and my wife is a happy camper. Mitch was great/amazing. He was both professional and personable and fully explained the process to me as well as the next steps. It was great getting such an amazing turnaround and not feeling gouged in the modern COVID world. I can't think Mitch and the SSP team Thank you so much

Abdel and the entire Atlas team were very professional throughout the process. I simply wanted a new water tank installed and I was very happy with the entire process. Strong communication and a high level of professionalism was shown by everyone. Thanks guys for a great job

Rick and his team were initially referred to us, by the designer of our new kitchen. Right from the start when we met with him we felt like he understood our vision and our goal. His quote and pricing were easy to understand and there were no hidden costs along the way. Bathtub King was great to work with right from the start. They did not disappear for extended periods and were committed to the project. Rick guides my wife and me when we needed the support; recommended stores to visit and even drove us around if it was necessary. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the result, and would have no concerns about calling them back to do additional work for us

This is my second time using the Duct Cleaning Specialists and much like the last time I am 109% satisfied. I had just finished a major renovation and the team that arrived to clean the ducts were very respectful of my home, which was very appreciated Amazing service Amazing team And amazingly easy to book the appointment

The workmanship was very well done but we did experience difficulties getting them to honor their warranty. The roof is now fixed and we are satisfied with the finished product

Vega knocked on my parent's front door and sold my dad on quality and price. My dad is a 70 year old, old school type of guy, and if you give him your word, he will believe you. Vega did install the door, but to say it was poorly done is complimenting their workmanship. We have been trying for 6 months to contact either the company or the Sales Rep but have had no luck. I'm not allowed to use certain words in a Homestars review but you can imagine what I'm thinking. I would warn anyone from dealing with these guys; it's a decision that you may regret. We are considering our options without external advise and will be reaching out to the BBB. There are better options out there. For anyone considering using Vega, my only advise to you is "DO NOT". In my opinion their word means little and the work quality means less.

I have a 12 year old Weber Summit Series 4 burner BBQ. After dozens of backyard BBQs and loving use, I got to the point where I could no longer keep up with the cleaning. With a little bit of help from Homestars I came across Barbeque Pro and took a chance. Well that risk was well rewarded. Their team was at my place on 4/11 to do the cleaning and they made the entire process very simple for me. 4/11 was not the best weather and after work I ran into my backyard to see the end result. My initial response was disappointment as I was expecting weather to cancel the appointment. I looked around and everything was as I had left it our for the team. Almost out of regret I decided to take the cover off my Q to have a final look at it, when to my astonishment it was shining...and I mean shining. I spent about 5 minutes looking/inspecting the work and it really does look like a brand new BBQ. The stainless steel is visible but most importantly it's working like a charm. I can't say enough about how thorough the guys were (even to the point that they put things back exactly the way I left it for them in the morning. If you want a quality BBQ cleaning, call these guys and trust me you won't be disappointed. 10 out 10...and thanks guys.

when people ask "Do you know a good Duct Cleaning company?" My answer now is YUP! Lead by Paul, from my first telephone discussion to the actual onsight work, The Duct Cleaning Specialists deliverd: - Great Customer Service - Great onsight service and a, - Great quality job. Mark and John were very informative when at my house, and did a terrific job, even exceeding my expectations in terms of the service provided. I did my homework, got educated as best I could and then made the call. I read the homestars reviews, but when it came to decision time, the choice was really quite easy to make. This work was part of a major renovation that I was doing, and it was supposed to be the last thing on my list. Well as all renovations go, I had to juggle the schedule for this work, and despite the rings i made the staff go through, they never once let it show and were always accomodating...that was very much appreciated. These are not the telemarketers that annoy you at dinner time offering you a promo price, this is a quality run business with defined processes...that was easy to see. Thanks Mark & John and to everyone else. Great price, and thanks for the whole team for taking the stress out of this part of my renovation. You have a customer for life and a walking promoter for anyone that asks.

Mirko and his team did an amazing job for my family. This is the second time Toronto Granite has installed granite on our kitchen counter tops and both times my wife simply had a smile on her face from ear to ear. This time he also placed a granite perimeter at our front entranceway. It looks fabulous against the hardwood and now I'm all smiles from ear to ear. He was always professional, endured my wife changing her mind after changing her mind, and was very accomodating each time we visited their premises to look at the dozens of granite styles that TG has in stock. Mirko listened to my wife and me, and gave us professional feedback. We're renovating our entire home and the granite is the focal point of our new kitchen. Mirko made us feel as if he was doing his own, with the attention to detail and care that he showed. Thanks to all at Toronto Granite who made this possible, from Mirko to John to the cutters and installers.

I recently had kitchen counter tops installed by Mark and his team. It was a surprise for my wife and I was greatful to Mark for working around my schedule. Several times I had to delay or re-schedule and if he was frustrated he never showed it.... Throughout the process everything was explained to me, which i very much appreciated. From the early measuring stage to the final install, Mark made sure to return my calls and follow up. Upon installation, he followed up to ensure that not only I was satisifed but that he was as well. I'd recomend him and his team in a heartbeat and plan to have him come back when i tackle the bathroom renovations
