i have been a customer for 20 years and out of lack of professionalism and communication they killed my grass. disregarded my chinch bug issue and didn’t stand behind their customer service as they claim they do. they just let my grass die without doing anything on their visits. didn’t even let me know what was happening. visit after visit, grass was getting worse, ignored my calls and was dismissed as drought. grass died and then they wanted me to pay for new grass. so instead of helping me, they walked away and refunded my annual fee and left me with no grass or lawn care... not cool! alan is a scatter brain doesn’t write anything down and can’t remember a conversation. look elsewhere for lawn care, these guys are too comfortable with the city’s contracts to care about your lawn. dave, the owner, wouldn’t even speak to me. with this guidance, it will be no time at all before his son jeff, will run grandpa ron’s legacy into the ground. this is how they treat a customer of 20 years. what loyalty. who fires a client anyways? ridiculous company! staff is abysmal and the service is mediocre at best.

Our front door is absolutely beautiful! I can’t stop looking at it. This was the first place I went to when we started shopping around and boy, was I glad. We went to one other place and stopped looking. I was sold with Home Decor, nobody else could compare. I didn’t even mind paying a bit more because you truly get what you pay for. San was knowledgeable, flexible, pleasant and went above and beyond to answer every question, even when I thought I was being a pain. Alex and Igor, our installers, were amazing! I’m a carpenters daughter and these guys were on point and made it look easy. They worked well together, respectful of my home and did not make a mess and cleaned up when they were done. It was an absolute pleasure right from the beginning. I wished everything went this smoothly and stress free. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend Home Decor.

I was blown away! Paul and John did an amazing job. He took the time to show us photos of what he found and what the previous company had left behind. OMG! To think that other companies even claim to be duct cleaners!! Paul is a true professional and you can tell that he takes great pride in what he does. He was very meticulous and made sure everything was done perfectly. He answered our questions, was thorough and respectful of my home and I truly can say that I have found my cleaners for life.
