Primont homes customer service manager
I've never been treated so rudely before by a customer service manager! Rob doesn't know the first thing about customer service and instead of rectifying a problem he brushes it off by saying "I can't watch what these contractors do, it's out of my hands". I have never felt so belittled by anyone before, he talks down to you like you are a child! The service is horrible no calls you to follow up, garbage is left everywhere and no delivers on promises. This has been the biggest headache I've ever experienced, and I have no way out.
