Called this company after seeing their truck working on a neighbours house and reading the reviews on HomeStars. The quote I received was reasonable and covered all the house vents, including a sanitizer spraying. There are cheaper companies out there, however read the fine print as it covers a set amounts of vents, and you may end up paying much more than your budget. As I wanted the cleaning done on a weekend, they sent one man for the job. Shane was awesome. He was punctual, cheerful and hardworking and did the usual 2 man job, himself. Setting up was labour intensive as the truck to my house distance required a full 100 ft hose, however Shane owned it. No hidden costs and I paid what I was quoted. Shane showed me the dirty ducts and pictures after the cleaning. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Called the GasGuys based on the positive reviews to hook up a natural gas BBQ as my gas line had not been used for years. George cleaned up the line, installed an elbow joint so rain and snow would not enter the pipe, connected the new fittings, tested for leaks and then painted the pipe. His work was quick, and clean. As it as my 1st NG BBQ, George provided me with tips on prepping, maintenance, and cleaning the grill. Payment methods accepted are cash or personal cheques only. We dreaded moving as we heard horror stories from our friends about movers they'd hired in the past. We decided to go with Augusta Movers based on the Homestars reviews and were not let down. My wife who made the booking commented on Dinko's politeness. The team consisting of Dave and 'Specs', arrived a few minutes before time and set to work immediately. We were provided with wardrobe boxes to hang clothes and jackets. Dining table and bed were dismantled. Mattresses and bed box were wrapped in protective plastic. Chairs, tables, chest of drawers, TV, TV console, sofas etc were all wrapped in clean padded blankets and securely taped. Upon reaching our new home, everything was placed where we wanted. They used floor runners in both houses to avoid tracking in dirt. Bed and table were re-assembled and all furniture unpacked. No Breakages. Billing was super easy with various methods of paying. I received a paper and an electronic bill for a card payment. Dave and Specs with their hard work and good sense of humour made our move enjoyable and easy! I've already recommended the Augusta Team to friends.

Picked Michael based on the review on this site and was not let down. He was very thorough in his work, covering every aspect of the house from bottom to the top (in that order). Even my realtor commented, that it was the longest home inspection he had seen. Michael provided tips on how to maintain the house, which was great as this is my first house! Worth every dollar spent. Would not hesitate in recommending Michael.
